Hello
You can try "Functional Exercise Programs for Women's and Men's Health" by Sharon Weiselfish. There are two volumes that can be purchase for less than $20
Also, Ruth Sapsford et al published a book called "Women's Health: Textbook of Physiotherapists", published by WB Sanders, that is supposed to be real good.
