friends mr ak is 54,works as a supervisor in a software firf.he has been having acute pain at a point on the medial border of his right scapula at the level of t3.. when i press upon that point he feels a tingling sensation in the are(medial side).he has this tingling for some time.. he is getting better with treatment. i understand that he is getting ICT,US and exercises.. i want to know the reason of the tingling.. he has a forward head posture with rounded shoulders greetings

had a similar patient last year, pressing on a point on the R) rhomboids area, elicited tingling and numbness in right hand.....she got better with STM, TENS, Heat, Stretches and modification of her daily routine....(she worked on a farm).....
I found in her case she had very weak musculature in general esp upper body and she was overweight with asthma.....
In your case it sounds like a trigger point (referred symptoms??)....how are his Neural tension tests..??
