Hi!!! I have a lot of patients with shoulder problems, I was geting crazy because they were not improving, but now I'm using Iontophoresis and pain decrease in 8 of ten patients, their pathologies were very diferent: tendinitis, bursitis,etc.
Do you have any other new options??????

Reeducation of scapular muscles for control during movements of the shoulder always seems to help for the long-term relief.

Have you tried ice during or after? Just curious what your thoughts are on this?
