Hi all, How can I increase my concentration on studies? Nowadays, I am not interested in my chapters and feel bored while studying textbooks. My mom is telling me to join a Yoga center but I don't have time to attend their classes. My friend told me that he used to perform breathing exercises like Pranayama at his home. When I read about it online, I found that it can really increase our concentration power and mind control. Do you people have any suggestions? Let me know your thoughts in the comments.
