Is anyone else as worried as I am about upcoming changes to our profession especially in skilled nursing once value based payments hit in 2019. Anyone want to share their experience in acute care once value based payments hit the DRGs

If you do a good job you should have nothing to worry about. treat patients as long as they NEED not as long as the administrators want you to.
