I am suffering from lower back pain for about five years after the delivery of my triplets. The intensity of the pain keeps on increasing each day. When I consulted a doctor, he told me that the pain was due to lack of exercise.
I took some painkillers and had started exercising daily. This has worsened my pain. I even find it difficult to carry out my everyday activities.
I find difficulty in walking too. Driving is also a tedious task for me. I experience a sharp pain whenever I bent over. Bathing and getting dressed are also making my pain worse. My doctor referred me to a chiropractic clinic, which provides massage therapy from Toronto.
Can a massage therapy help in reducing the back pain? I can no longer withstand the pain. Somebody, please help me!
