Hi all, Does anyone have an experience with custom foot orthotics? I read that knee pain sufferer can also [link=http:/www.focusphysiotherapy.com/services/custom-foot-orthotics/]get benefits from custom foot orthotics[/link]. Is it true? I have been suffering from severe knee pain and my both my feets are of a different size as well. One of my friends recommended me to try foot orthotics but I don’t have any experience with it. Can anyone share your experience regarding this? Thank you in advance.

I've found mixed results with patients with custom foot orthotics. Some patients get the same benefit from good prefab foot inserts that you can buy at a running shoe store. However, if you've tried prefab inserts or have complicated foot issues, it may be worth the expense to try custom foot orthotics. If effective, they will help you with any lower extremity level of pain, whether it's back, hip, knee, ankle, or foot.
