Hi everyone, I don't know where to ask this question, so I am dropping it here. I recently had an alcohol addiction treatment program and it was a successful one. I am now sober and I really feel happy for that. I read a blog regarding this - “OK, I’m Sober, Now What?” ( ) and I have planned to keep some good health habits. As a part, I am planning to get regular physiotherapy too. Can anyone suggest me what and all can I take as a part of becoming completely healthy after being sober?

I would do a general fitness training program for your entire body. This is an article that I wrote about how to stay away in shape during the Holidays that contains basic diet and fitness advise. Click here.
