I have recently developed back pain due to the current job that I am doing. I experience sharp throbbing pain on my back when I sit for a long time. I exercise regularly and runs once in a week. But I am concerned that this may aggravate the situation. I thought of taking the massage therapy treatment ( http://www.focusphysiotherapy.com/services/massage-therapy-treatment/ ) but don’t know if it’s recommended at this situation. I really need advice on how to handle this. The pain in lower back has become so intense that I don’t want to make it worse. If anyone has any advice please give your suggestions.
