I experience frequent lower abdomen pain that often radiates to my lower back. So I was wondering how many of you have had this problem or are currently dealing with this problem. I even face difficulty in turning over, getting up, climbing stairs and even walking has also become very difficult. I thought of taking the massage therapy treatment ( http://dynamicphysiotherapy.ca/services/massage-therapy/ ) but don’t know if it’’s recommended at this situation. I really need advice on how to handle this.
