I’ve had constant migraine for 3 years now and the pain level varies from day to day. I have a constant headache behind my right eye. It would just increase the intensity with the worst pain occurring at night. I have booked for massage therapy ( http://www.erinmillshealth.com/services/massage-therapy/ ) in the next couple of weeks just to see if it’ll release some pain with one of my friends suggestion. Should I proceed with my friend's suggestions? Any other suggestions for me? Please help me in this situation.
