Hi all, my brother fell from the horse in the last month (he is 46 years old). Even though there were no external injuries he was having back pain. It’s getting worse nowadays and he is not able to move or turn due to his hip pain. One of his friends suggested him to try a massage therapy from Erin Mills ( ). What are your suggestions?

Has your brother ever tried foam rolling? Massage therapy can get quite expensive.

Massages are great but he will probably need Physical Therapy too. If those treatments don't work then he's going to need an MRI of his back to determine his exact injuries.
