There are so many knee exercises for all different levels of patients. One of my favorite knee exercises for injury rehab is the Quad Set. It helps injured patients to get back full knee extension while also pumping blood into the joint, thus speeding up healing time. Additionally, the Quad Set helps to improve quadriceps isometric strength and improve quad muscle tone.
