With a Pt with a proximal tibia fibulae fracture, ttwb in a Knee brace set 15 deg flexion, 12 wks from injury, do you think ankle pumps will place too much stress on fibula due to rotation occurring

I agree with Tom, 12 weeks is more than enough. If possible, check new X-ray.
