Has anyone come across a course on evaluating pitching mechanics? My sons are getting to the kid pitch age (vs coach pitch) and I'd like to be able to better instruct and evaluation their mechanics in an effort to avoid injury (an improve overall performance). The teams use a pitch count for the younger teams but I being able to break down the pitch and find any thing that may prevent future injury would be helpful.

Go to a gary gray course on the "Chain Reaction" He will often talk about pitching mechanics. OR look at the PBATS website (professional baseball athletic trainers) and see if they have a class on that, they probably do.

I would look up training videos on YouTube to teach him basic pitching mechanics.
