I have been struggling with how to answer this question:

What is the difference between a massage received in physical therapy and a massage received by a license massage therapist?

I would love to hear some if your ideas.

A Massage Therapy Massage is an overall body massage and lasts for about an hour. A Physical Therapy Massage is body-part & injury specific and lasts for about 20 minutes. The PT Massage is also combined with other modalities to deliver a more effective treatment.
