I didn't know if any of you had seen this article https://w.wpta.org/districts/documents/NCD/PTJ%20Vestibular%20Rehab%20-%20Unilateral%20Dysfunction%20March%202013.pdf. It is a case study that walks you through an evidence based approach to treating a UVL (unilateral vestibular loss) or UVH ( hypofunction) patient. It piggy backs off this Cochrane review article http://www.bibliotecacochrane.com/pdf/CD005397.pdf . It's non-specific, but gives you an overall view of how to treat this patient population.
