I am considering pursuing a career shift to school-based PT. I have grade III chondromalacia patella bilaterally. I am wondering if anyone can give me an idea of how much sustained squatting and kneeling is typically needed for school-based PT? If there is a high percentage of either, are there any stools or other aids that can be used to minimize this strain?
Thanks!
