Good Morning,

If someone could please assist on what may seem like a silly question though for some reason I cannot get a straight answer.  Is it okay to bill out insurance companies for an office visit along with daily treatments? I greatly appreciate any help!

Are you asking if you can do treatment (ie ther ex) the same day as an eval (office visit?)?  Not sure what you mean by office visit versus treatment

I apologize if I was unclear as I greatly appreciate your help. What I mean is am I able to bill out an office visit (99212) along with therapeutic exercises/aqua or whirlpool therapy? Our therapist spends at least 5-10 mins taking blood pressure, daily history and so on and I would like to bill out for an office visit if I can for that time spent. Thank you very much!

No, that is not a PT code, so unless you are an MD facility, billing under a MD tax id, you can't bill for that, you can only do Eval/Revals and procedure codes.
