Does anyone use CareVault ( for insurance verifications?  Any feedback would be helpful.

It sounds good in theory, but most often if you participate with an insurance company, you will be provided access to their website and within their website there is information where you can look learn the specifics of insurance benefits and coverage.  I would be very, very hesitant to use an outside source because I would wonder just how accurate the information was.  When it comes to co-pays or deductibles, whether you use a UB-92 format or a HCFA 1500 format matters.
