Does compression help reduce symptoms of Osgood-Schlatter disease? Has anyone had success with over-the-counter pattellar tendon pressure braces? Any recommendations woud be great.

I haven't had any luck with compression for this, but I've known folks who wear those patellar tendon pressure things.  I think it gives some sensory input that may modulate the pain some.

as aready answered in a different subsection of this board, The use of these drectly on the condition does not make sense!!  Their use to lessen tendon pressure proximal to the injury does provide some with relief especially when combined with tx to lessen the local inflammation and stretching the tissue that creates pull on the apophysis  (quads) .
