This is not a procedure I have seen before and was wondering if anyone had a protocol or some good clinical wisdom to pass along from anyone they have seen in the past.

The patient I have is WBAT and doesn't have a lot of restrictions so I will treat her with a typical post op progression but was wondering if there were some good do's and dont's with this procedure.

For those not familar this is basically a procdure to remove accessory bone from the navicular and during the procedure the posterior tib is removed and re-attached to help decrease stress to the chronically irritated posterior tib.
