Ok, just got licensed, wondering how I can denote myself on my resume or professional materials.

I was thinking

Name, PT (profession), MPT (degree), CSCS (certification)

And do what when I finish my other masters? I know this was posted before, but just wondering if anyone can shed some light.

Is it state specific?

I believe I was the one who asked this question before. It seemed that the consensus was how you stated above. That is also how I most commonly see it written in journals, books, magazines, etc.
I don't know about another masters, perhaps after the MPT.
