Hi all,
Let me introduce myself.
I have active PT license from MI state, issued 2 months back. I did my bachelors from India and did masters from University of FL. My masters program was research based but CAPTE approved.
I am planning to endorse MI license to FL state.
Does anyone with similar academic profile as mine have done that? Could I get some information?
I heard that Fl state is creating trouble with 3 1/2 yrs bachelors curriculum that's from India.
I know that I have to do credential evaluation before I apply for license endorsement.
I even heard that Indian PTs lack in general credits and FL state ask them to take those many[like around 30 or something?].
How true is above information?
Has anyone actully taken general credits for FL state and got a license?
I am sorry for the big message, but had to explain my situation.
I can be contacted at shalakal@ufl.edu
Your help is much needed.
Thanks a lot
Shalaka
