I'm wondering if any one has suggestions for treatment for a patient who has early stage spinal muscular atrophy?

They also have information on common treatments. That may be what you are asking for, but if you have specific questions about your patient and what you are seeing, please clarify so we can offer suggestions.

I have checked MDUSA but unfortunately it was not as specific as I would like. To clarify, I am trying to set up an exercise program for this gentleman and am wondering how to balance strength gains (or maintenance) with fatigue and the possibility of encouraging further weakness? Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
