"anterior pelvic tilt" also better known as normal lumbar lordosis, which, if any attempt were made to reduce or "fix", this entirely beneficial anatomical feature, would result in ongoing misdirected negative association and catastrophising , without benefit.
Leave the lordosis alone, or teach those with back pain to use it , keep it while sitting and forget the negative imagery that goes with any descriptors.

Anterior pelvic tilt refers to a physical orientation of the pelvis. Lumbar lordosis refers to a physical orientation of the lumbar spine. These are separate descriptors and not always associated.
