SC, PT -> Orthotics (February 26, 2012 8:05:38 PM)

I have an adult patient who has equinus varus spasticity (amongst other things) secondary to cervical myelopathy. (Patient had Cervical Decompression and fusion in 2010.)

I need suggestions on which type of orthosis will help.
The patient recently rec'd Botox injections which has helped somewhat. However when the patient assumes standing and ambulates- it is difficult to control inversion of the ankle and forefoot.

Thanks for your input!

I think ankle foot orthotic shoes will be helpful to some extent.
