can anyone help me find info on monitoring vital signs in the elderly population. What does our practice act say? What does our professional organization say? What needs to be monitored and what does it mean (beyond the basics)? Symptomatic vs. non-symtomatic....when to act? Special populations/conditions (cardiac/DM/PD...etc). Absolute contraindications vs. precautions? Objective Tests and Measures....any new tools out there.[:)]
