Hi, my name is Meg.I am from Bulgaria.Iam doctor, but now I specialize in physical therapy and rehabilitation.So,I want to ask may I communicate with someone about any topics?First I want discus problem of early rehabilitation post total hip and knee replasment.I have no any protocols about this and later period after operation.THR and TKR are become routine operations recently in our practice.I hope that someone is ready to help me.Thank you in advanse.

Hi! Meg,
You can find the protocols in most of Physiotherapy or Physical Therapist Journals.
Even clinical Rehablitation journals do published the latest protocols.

Dear Meg:
The Univ. of Iowa published a study about 5-6 years ago in which they tried to answer the
question of how much and what kind of PT should we optimally be supplying. They confirmed that the twice a day Rx was good and they listed the exercises and progression that was tested. Great center and I am a
graduate, so I am biased! Hope this helps.
