And his opening paragraph is spot on. Let's hope governments wake up to pseudo-science.

Also if we are talking about "learned experts".....Sixty-two clinical neurologists from across Canada, all certified members of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons, issued a warning to the Canadian public, which was reported by Brad Stewart, MD. The warning was entitled Canadian Neurologists Warn Against Neck Manipulation.

Shall we ignore these experts also?

The Yale Neurologist you speak of is Dr. Steven Novella.  He hosts a podcast call The Skeptic's Guide to the Universe.  I haven't missed a single episode for the past 2 years.

I would recommend that podcast and Skeptoid, by Brian Dunning, as critical tools for any practitioner of EBM.

Chiropractic care has been discussed on a few Skeptoid episodes.  On the most recent episode, Brian said something to the effect of "...if you want manipulation for pain, see a real expert: a Doctor of Physical Therapy..."

Very Nice!
