Hey all,
I wanted to give you guys an update. Yesterday I started my 1st round of clinicals in an outpatient orthopedic facility. I was only there for an hour and they had me treating patients. The PT's and PTA's were so hopeful and I got to see a lot of different diagnoses. I did many different modalities ranging from stim to ionto to US. I also did a lot of manual stretching, ther ex, and learned to use the BTE. The have also taught me a lot about billing. Needless to say, I caught on very quickly and I am enjoying helping others (even though many don't like some of the things we do that may cause them pain, LOL). I'm happy to say that I was very well prepared! I will keep you all updated. Thank you for all of your informative posts. You all have had part in my education.
