Brian, sadly, I believe that you really and truly believe that what you state IS true. The sad aspect is because you are basing your beliefs or assumptions on the clinical commentary that you hear from your patients.

You obviously aren't classifying your patients or measuring the response to intervention or alluding to number of visits until there is a successful outcome (and you don't define successful). You only define pain on top of pain as a response.

The best evidence out there supporting reasonable outcomes for patients with chronic low back pain does have an exercise component. "Massage only" tends to reduce the probability of a successful outcome. Your outcomes could be solely based on placebo at a very high price financially.

I have to disagree SJ.

I think this "Chiro" is using this site as an infomercial in attempts to grab a few unsuspecting patients attention....or worse....some Physical therapy fool who falls trap to guru types( Likely the PT's that attend Barns stuff...).

Ban this clown.
