Ginger... that body of water that separates our continents really makes communication difficult.  I never get your little sayings.  To me, my suggestions of a through g are not just a horse of a different color.  I don't believe that each and every one of those examples would end up requiring the same intervention in order to reach the most effective outcome.  Example c is one in which the patient should be referred to a specialist.  Example g may not even be successfully treated with physical therapy alone without potential multi-disciplinary collaboration.

Ginger,
That was a good answer to my question.  I still dont agree that CM addresses all peripheral maladies, but it was a very good reply.  Its rare these days that people actually answer the question they are asked, so kudos to you.

Shill , I agree , CM will not cure all peripheral maladies. It is very helpful however as a reliable means to provide information to allow an important decision in the sorting out of what to do and where. Too many therapy hours are spent dealing with the wrong end of the stick, by those who are not alert to referred events. These events , while common, don't account for all peripheral problems, just most.
