FLA,
I was considering this a while back in small rural town, problem was, I could not figure out what the best way to charge for their particular need: hourly vs. per patient, and no one in the area will tell you their prices of course. Any ideas?

When you do a contract you still work for or through a contract company. How do you incorporate yourself in that way? I choose contract over PRN for the stability and the pay is better. PRN's get cancelled frequently when the census is down. I used to do PRN work 1-2 weekend days per month, now I do it much less b/c the pay is less and I don't want to work weekends. The PRN rate vary depending on the setting, but are similar to FLAOrthoPT.
