phyzio -> institute of physical art (July 26, 2007 3:33:56 PM)

I was reading about the Institut of Physical Art and they seem to offer interesting courses.  What do you think about it?  Did anyone attend any courses offered by the institute?

thanks

I've attended them as well, FO1, BET and LPI from ITMS. Looking forward to taking more during the fall. Definiltey worth going to. I do recommend you take a day or two off after taking the courses. Best bet, take F01 and PNF1 first and then take the others. Can't wait to take the courses this fall.

the reason he says that is because it is like a 3 1/2 day course and your brain is FRIED afterwards!
lol
good luck

IPA has great courses with focus on functional mobilization that are a great treatment focus by themselves but work excellent in combination with other manual therapy programs.

i went to FO 1 and did not find it good overall. there were certainly some parts that were very informative and practical but other parts that had you shaking your head.

They are excellent courses.   Good combo of treatment in conjunction with other manual therapy courses I have taken.  CTI , LPI, and PNF are very good.  Since they are 3 and 1/2 days, the last day  your brain is kind of spent, so to speak.  I would take the advice above and take off the next day so you can recuperate!

If you get Vicky Johnson as the instructor, you are getting the best there is. Definitely made PNF one of the best courses I've taken so far.
