I have used HPSO, since school at http://www.hpso.com. It is the only one endorsed by the APTA.

I also use HPSO, and they have been easy to work with. Haven't checked rates in a while, but it was very competitive when I first started with them.

HPSO is a great deal. Before opening our new clinic last year, we priced one other company through an insurance agent that we bought a general liability policy from and it came back at over $3,000 a year.

I think we're paying around $450 a year per therapist with HPSO. They have sent us a few things hinting that premiums will be going up this coming renewal period, but I'm sure it'll still be the best thing out there.

HPSO is not that good in terms of customer service. You'll wait like 10-15 minutes before someone answers. I use CM&F because they answer right away. I don't know why APTA endorses a poor customer service company. Wonder if the association gets a referral fee?
