Alex really didn't assure us anything. ;) Saying the ankle views were labeled left really doesn't equate to "correct side and patient" to me. I really think that second image is a left ankle - for a standard AP view the lateral malleolus would always be lateral, right?

I think Alex is testing us. Alex...

There is a fracture at the base of the 5th Metatarsal. All other structures are WNL.

SJ, I am busted. I tried to throw in some normal ankle films to confound the case but I could not seem to find any rights to match the foot so I took some lefts and tried to reverse the image to make them appear like rights. I forgot to "black" out the side indicator. Nice eye.

Alex, Alex, Alex... assume that front lean position and how about 10 minutes? LOL I really don't think you can reverse the image of an AP view of either ankle and make it look like the opposite ankle, can you?

Well, my eyes refused to look for any fracture or anything because the images presented were irritating my mind. And... that large amount of brightness in the 2nd radiograph wasn't carrying over into the other image that was labeled left.... and then all the right images. LOL

I did like your 5/9 response though.
