Geert Jeuring -> Shuttle walk test (February 16, 2005 6:32:00 AM)

Hello forum, I´m searching for a MP3 (if it exists) of the beep signal tape that is used in the shuttle walk test. Do you know a Site where I can download one?

Greetings from Günne, Germany

Geert-

Altavista has a search engine where you can specify the type of file (in your case MP3) you're looking for.
Doubt you'll have much luck, but you never know!

Jason.

Hello Jason, thanks for the tip. You were right though, no luck. But an interesting option never the less.

Hello,
If you can find the study that uses the signals beeps, then perhaps you can get in touch with the authors and see if they can send you a copy of the tape they used. Better to get it from the source.

Hello JMA, thank you for your response. Of course that would be the legal way to get it, and probably not without cost. I was hoping to avoid that. But it might be the only way.

Greetings

Geert

Unless they can store it as an .mp3 file and then send it to you, that would be nice. But from whatI read, they used a recording made on a cassette.
