There are only two good supplements that have gone through extensive research and have lived up to their claims and that would be whey protein and creatine. Any serious lifter wanting to add mass should have that in their arsenal of training and weight lifting supplements. Of course it still is wise to have a daily multivitamin and regular doses of vitamin C and E.
