Drew,

You've done more than your share of this investigation. These are well established findings that have been known for years. Jeeps lame attemtp to befuddle the message here is interesting, and I think not representative of the chiro's that post here at large.

I am not taking any sides, but I do not think Jeep's request was inappropriate.

I don't know if it was inappropriate or he just isn't getting it. Drew isn't saying that there is an article claiming that 19 of the studies were done by PT's, he is saying that 19 of them were. You have to go and count them yourself.

Drew-

I have a couple requests:
1. Please provide some proof that this so-called journal "Annals of Internal Medicine" actually exists. Excerpts from the journal and/or a posted picture of the cover should do.
2. Also, please provide proof that this "Shekelle" person you reference from the so-called RAND study actually exists. An excerpt from his birth certificate is perfectly acceptable.
3. Additionally, this "Physical Therapy" profession you keep referencing is interesting. Please provide proof that it exists. Once again, mere excerpts from some copyrighted material somewhere that you post on an internet discussion board is judged by me to suffice for this purpose.

I'm going to wait for you to run around and do all the library and research work so I don't have to actually participate in the debate through any effort of mine. I'm only asking for three small things, you could get this information if you wanted to and get it to me...if you don't, you obviously have something to hide or are misrepresenting things.

J

ps yes, this is sarcastic.

Bravo Jason, Bravo!!! This has been an amazing thread to follow! Who is this Jeep. Wasn't he a character on the old Schmoo cartoon??

For the record, I think Jeep's a smart guy and we have had pleasant and (to me, at least) useful discussions in the past. I agree with much of what he has to say on clinical topics, though not everything.

I stand by my sarcastic post, however.
