anyone taking any of Stanley's courses in the upcoming few months? Should be interesting to hear him speak on the issue in a face to face manner. Dr. Paris is honest, intelligent, and open. Somebody is going to hear him address this topic eventually...

If a DC can already perform PT as part of their board exam requirements and they call it physiotheraputics why on earth would they want to do a DPT.Would they want to work in areas such as stroke rehab.I don't think so.The whole idea is sounding like a complete non starter and should fade away in the fullness of time.

Paulpt,

I have taken several USA courses and Paris teaches very few of them. I think he does part of a thrust course and he used to do a one day stabilization course. That is all I can remember right now.

He will have a broader audience to talk to as he will present the prestigeous McMillan Lecture at Annual Conference and Exposition of the APTA in Orlando, Thursday, June 22 2006. That is, if he chooses to say something about it then.
