Does anyone know what the Bingen Declaration is? Sounds like it would be useful, at least in Germany.

It is just what I had said!
Rehab Edge counts many members who may be "touched" by such subject but it seems that few of them have already "signed":

1/ they accept neck manips
2/ they don't care

The other subjects you mentioned were more largely shown by media. This one is not.
