Sorry Lynx, I didn't realize you had done such quality research:

"The 2/3 number is accurate and confirmed by my personal experience with many DCs."

Now I know where to come to for accurate info. I'll sure miss reading those research articles though, but it will save a lot of time.

Don't make me bring up the postal service, everybody.
You know I'll go there...

I don't think we're getting anywhere here.

Does anyone have anymore info about the case. I wonder if Teston found any hypomobilities when evaluating the private investigator. I know its not possible but it would be cool to read that eval. Also, how about the "expert witness" Dr. Ashton, he testified that he believes Teston manipulated the investigator and the plantiff's joints by moving them outside of their normal range of motion based on the "popping sound". That is some weak evidence considering I can get a "popping" sound performing a grade III P/A mid thoracic glide, or at the beginning of range when an adhesion is present.

Eric -

You can read the trial transcript, which has a link on Teston's site - defendphysicaltherapy.com. I remember there being a description of the evaluation from the investigator's point of view, but I read it over a year ago.

Thanks Charlie

I didn’t read all 241 pages yet, but what I did read answered my questions about what technique Mr. Teston used.
I don’t think I'll be getting that first job in Arkansas, this is ridiculous.

Thanks
