Hi,
I am a foreign qualified P.T. I wish to apply for a U.S. License.I shall be very grateful if somebody could tell me which state should I apply for the license. I have heard a lot about Michigan, but have no idea what are the job opportunities there and in other states. I am open to go to any state. Also if someone could guide me how to start the preparation for the NPTE.

You should visit [URL=http://www.apta.org]www.apta.org[/URL] (American PT Association) and negotiate thru the site. Search the licensure dept, legal affairs, etc. This may be a strange question but you stated 'you've heard alot about Michigan', but do you know anything about the USA in general? I wouldn't move to another country without out first doing my research as to where I should live, work, etc.
