Anybody keen to walk the anapurna trail and hike to everest base camp in september? contact me if you are interested. Plenty of guided walks that can provide guides, gear and man power.
Physios go where others dream.

Not so fast Ginger. I laugh at danger - I have even been known to ride a bicycle WITHOUT A HELMET! Top that if you can.

I am the HE-MAN.

I would, you know...but, um, I have a dental appointment in September so I, um, just won't be able to make it.

But I laugh at danger, remember that. In fact I'm going to prove it by taking one of the first aid kits out of my car. That will mean only TWO first aid kits left. Check THAT out.

I am one bad dude. Check out my James Dean look:

that's one bad dude hair cut gregory, artistic work in progress on your head, you'll fit right in here. You are probably one of those risk takers that leave the garbage bin take out till they hear the truck coming, and then race to the curb . Adrenalin junky.

Sure thing, posting a picture is easy. The only catch is that I only know how to post a picture that is on the web, ie looked up on Google Images.

Here's how:
1) Find a picture on the web that you like.
2) Copy the url (the 'http://www.picturexyz.com,etc.') of the picture you've chosen.
3) put on the right end of the url. No spaces between the brackets and the url.

Example (but I'll use the word 'bracket' instead of actual brackets so this post won't try to make my example an image:

bracketimgbrackethttp://www.goofypicture.com/xyz/bracket/imgbracket

Voila! Give it a shot. And yes, I wait until the VERY LAST SECOND before putting out the trash. I am the HE-MAN.

Ginger,
You can also join photobucket for free and upload your photo there. Then just cut and paste the URL. This is how I post all the radiograph images. Very easy and free.
