I would like to discuss some information with DPT students about program they are in, but could not find any forums on the web for DPT students. I also could not find DPT students on this forum.
If anybody know any additional forums please give that information.

Hello Shandrea,
I got interested in PT after seeing my father go through it for 8 months after shoulder surgery. I want to even further with a DPT, so that I can add to my current knowledge to utilize in current practice. My school is located in NY-NYIT

Shandrea,

Hello. I currently attend a school in CA. I have enjoyed the experience and value the education I have received thus far. My entire class has been fun to work with, and everyone is supportive of each other in order to succed in the program. I felt well prepared for my long-term clinical rotations, once started in the second year.

I enjoy the field of PT and all that it has to offer, but I have made the decision to attend medical school after I work as a PT for a few years. This was a personal decision for me, and I did not realize my interest and passion for medicine until I was at the end of my 2nd yr in PT school.

Hey Guys,

Has anyone worked in Pediatrics? What do you guys think about the difficulty of the GRE? I will be attending PT school in Florida & am looking forward to it & hope I can keep up lol How would you rate the difficulty of the pre-req & DPT classes?
