I have recently been referred a patient for myofascial release of endometriosis pain. I have no idea how to perform myofascial release for this condition. I live in a remote area that does not have any pelvic floor specialists (none that I'm aware of anyway). I have given her a home program consisting of core exercises and kegl contractions. Beyond that, I have run out of options from my knowledge. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
