Hello,
I thank all of those who have given me ideas in the past for different inservices. The ideas were interesting and worth presenting. I now ask you for other ideas for an acute care inservice in a hospital based setting. One idea I had was to gather info on the pharmacologic drugs that patients are on when we are treating patients. In particular, to come up with the list of effects they may have on cardiac function, respiratory function, endurance, cognition, strength,etc. Without consulting a drug reference book, one would have no idea what kind of effect they may have once we administer treatment. This is my idea. I welcome other ideas that may assist me in my inservice. Thank you for your help.
