.... 2 questions ... I'm new here

Where do I ask for help on a case? I posted under case studies, but I see not many folks respond to the ones that have been posted before, and lots of responses to the ones in the ortho section.

And,

if any of you have the time could you look it over and give some ideas if you can?

Can you be more precise what dou you want?
If you want a literature you can read it in "Reasarch in physical therapy" (I don't know who is the author).
