Can anyone recommend some OTC pedi arch supports?

I cut and paste my previous reply to this subject from a previous post:

Hi, there's a good company called Cascade that does pediatric orthotics and they have some off the shelf ones that are pretty good. Check out [URL=http://www.dafo.com]www.dafo.com[/URL]
look at the hot dog & pattibob ones. you can also get them altered for a small fee. (eg. building up the arch more w/foam)
they will let PTs order direct. most other companies who do pediatric stuff require the orthotist to do it.
